RWE Americas, LLC, is seeking a Tiger Team Technician I to support regional wind farm operations. This full-time, field-based role involves maintenance and troubleshooting of turbine components, safety training, and helping maintain tools and records.

The position requires climbing towers, lifting equipment, and traveling up to 50% of the time, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred or journeyman/master electrician license.
• GWOC certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on wind turbine components and systems.
• Lead or support safety and testing during outages.
• Climb wind towers and transport equipment to site.
• Monitor contractors and ensure corrective actions.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
