Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience in wind turbine maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and LOTO procedures; capable of safe work practices.
• Must be physically fit to climb wind turbine towers and perform tasks in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license is required and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance checks, inspections, and lubrication of wind turbine components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and provide safety training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance data.
• Climb wind turbine towers for inspections and repairs.
• Replace or repair worn-out or damaged turbine components.
