Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is hiring a Wind Technician to service and maintain wind turbines, primarily at a home wind farm site with occasional travel across Iowa. The role requires physical fitness, safety consciousness, and the ability to work at height and in confined spaces.

Travel may be up to 25% in the first year for training, then 10% as business needs dictate. The candidate should have a high school diploma, 6 months mechanical/electrical/industrial experience, and wind-energy
