Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking a field maintenance technician to service, maintain, and troubleshoot wind turbine systems. You will perform on-site and remote tasks, perform basic commissioning, installations, and maintenance, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The role requires driving, the ability to travel to sites, and flexibility to work outside planned hours. A high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in wind turbine or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot wind turbines and related systems.
• Perform predefined technical tasks and on-site maintenance and basic engineering work.
• Support customers remotely and on-site, delivering quality safely and timely.
• Coordinate service operations and resolve product issues for customer equipment.
• Assist in generating service leads and contribute to planning activities.
