The supervisor will oversee deployments for multiple turbine manufacturers, mentor technicians, and maintain strong client satisfaction, with up to 80% travel required.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school certificate or 4+ years of related experience.
• Proven wind turbine component inspection, repairs and replacement experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on wind turbine maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians across North America.
• Coordinate turbine maintenance and repair operations for multiple manufacturers.
• Ensure safety, quality and efficiency on field deployments.
• Mentor technicians and develop field procedures and documentation.
• Manage travel logistics and client satisfaction.
