Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical System Integration Leader to drive the electrical system design across wind turbine platforms. You will own the design lifecycle, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure performance, cost, and reliability of critical subsystems.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver world-class electrical architectures, validate designs, and maintain schedule discipline while promoting safety and quality across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in low voltage and/or power path component design.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in system validation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead subsystem design lifecycle and ownership for electrical components.
• Coordinate design reviews, DFMEA, and verification activities to meet standards.
• Drive cost optimization and performance targets with suppliers.
• Communicate complex design details to senior leadership.
• Coach engineers and integrate cross-functional interfaces across electrico-mechanical systems.
• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality, safe electrical system deliverables.
