Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical System Integration Leader to own the electrical system design across wind turbine platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams from requirements to prototype installation and certification, driving performance, cost, and reliability improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, technical depth in electrical subsystems, and collaboration with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong technology and/or product management experience in low voltage and/or power path component design or in similar position.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical system design lifecycle for multiple wind turbine subsystems.
• Own and certify design, development, testing and certification of appointed subsystems.
• Coordinate cost optimization efforts with suppliers to meet sub-system targets.
• Communicate design details and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coach engineers across interfaces with other components and subsystems.
• Prioritize work and manage a global team of design engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables, reviews, and compliance with standards.
