Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Operator – Electrical Production Technician in West Branch, IA. This role involves hands-on assembly and wiring of electrical components for turbine systems, with a focus on safety and quality on the production floor.

You will work with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, read schematics, and perform system tests. 1st and 2nd shifts are available for a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Electrical or crane certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights and teamwork focused.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical systems in turbines.
• Route cables, connectors, and control systems.
• Test and inspect electrical connections.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
• Read and interpret schematics and work instructions.
