Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Electrical certifications or technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Experience with wind turbines or industrial/electrical systems.
• Ability to read work instructions and electrical schematics.
• Respiratory fit test and crane operator certification required.
• Willingness to obtain electrical safety certifications.
• Ability to work at heights and use safety equipment.
• ISO 9000 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
• Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Exceed production benchmarks by completing tasks within timeframes.
• Handle materials by lifting and moving as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support other production areas as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting with PQA and Engineering.
• Assist mechanical assembly operators as required.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
