Kelly is hiring an Assembly Operator – Mechanical Production Technician in West Branch, IA to join our production team. You will assemble and build large mechanical components of wind turbine systems, following engineering drawings and strict safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and continuously improve manufacturing processes.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll assemble and build the structural and mechanical components of wind turbines, follow engineering drawings, and ensure high safety and quality standards on the production floor. You’ll collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
