Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Operator – Electrical Production Technician in West Branch, IA. This role involves hands-on assembly and wiring of electrical components for turbine systems, with a focus on safety and quality on the production floor.

You will work with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, read schematics, and perform system tests. 1st and 2nd shifts are available for a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Electrical or crane certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights and teamwork focused.

Join our client’s growing team as an Electrical Production Technician! In this hands-on role, you will assemble and install electrical components within wind turbine systems, route and secure wiring, perform system tests, and maintain safety and quality standards on the production floor. You’ll work closely with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements.
