Nordex North America is seeking an Assembly Operator - Mechanical Production Technician to build wind turbine components, including nacelles, hubs, and drive trains, following strict quality and safety standards.

You will read engineering drawings, use tools and overhead cranes, and cooperate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes in a fast-paced environment. Prior heavy manufacturing experience is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or heavy manufacturing.
• Ability to read work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Experience with wind turbine, automotive, or industrial equipment assembly.
• Must pass respiratory fit test and crane operator certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical components of wind turbines using hand and power tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions and drawings to ensure quality builds.
• Torquing, alignment and fit-up of gearboxes, bearings, and shafts.
• Support safety inspections and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to improve processes.
