Job summary

GE Vernova Inc. is seeking a production associate to join the wind blade manufacturing team. You will work in one of five production areas assembling fiberglass-reinforced blades, with emphasis on safety and quality in a manufacturing setting.

The role supports this on-site production environment with day, afternoon, and night shifts; basic safety training and PPE are required. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, including extensive health plans and a retirement program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand on concrete floors.
• Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cut and grind tasks following work instructions.
• Wear PPE and follow chemical safety rules.
• Scuff laminate surface and trim blade edges as needed.
• Apply glue to voids and perform blade repairs as required.
