Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of mechanical or electrical technical experience or related education.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, climb ladders, and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on GE wind turbine and related equipment.
• Climb wind turbine towers daily, using safety equipment, to inspect, maintain, or repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and replace components as needed.
• Maintain tooling, facilities and a clean, safe work environment.
• Work a 40 hour week with scheduled and unscheduled overtime during peak maintenance periods.
