Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Brownsville, WI is seeking a Wind Technician to operate and maintain the Forward Wind Energy Center. You will perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on GE wind turbines and associated equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.

Daily tasks include climbing turbine towers, inspecting components, troubleshooting faults, and maintaining tools and the worksite. Excellent pay and benefits accompany this full‑time, on‑site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders, and work at heights above 80 meters (250 feet).
• Must be able to move and manipulate up to 45 kg (100 pounds).
• Weight must not exceed 120 kg (265 lbs.) excluding gear.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• This is a safety sensitive position with drug testing for conditional offers.
