Job summary

EDF Power Solutions North America seeks Wind Turbine Technicians for an onsite site near Milligan, Nebraska. Roles span Technician 1 to Technician 5, handling maintenance, repair, and operations on utility-scale wind assets, with level assigned by experience and competency.

All technicians complete a 3–4 week training in Albert Lea, MN, prior to start. Onsite work emphasizes safety protocols, 24/7 on-call for higher levels, and rigorous logkeeping and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Wind turbine energy experience preferred.
• Experience levels range from entry to senior based on years in wind turbine energy or similar.
• Must meet Qualified Electrical Worker standards and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols including LOTO and site safety assessments.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs, work orders, time tracking, and inventory documentation.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on wind turbine equipment.
• Attend required safety and technical training and contribute to asset integrity.
