EDF power solutions North America is hiring for on-site Renewable Energy Technicians across levels, supporting maintenance on wind, PV, and BESS assets. Training is provided, including a 3–4 week program in MN, with travel and lodging covered.

Roles range from Entry to Expert, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and problem-solving. Personnel work under supervision initially, advancing to independent maintenance, leadership, and SME duties as experience grows.

Formación

• Basic computer knowledge; follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of schematics, multi-meter use, and electrical/mechanical components.
• Deep competency in generation theory. Advanced knowledge of electrical safety, arc flash standards, and NEC.
• Advanced working knowledge of wind/ solar industry best practices and the ability to coach, instruct, and train less experienced technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety protocols, including LOTO, and lead site safety assessments.
• Maintain company property and equipment safely; complete admin work and logs.
• Attend required safety and technical training and support site budget control.
• Lead and train junior technicians and participate in on-call rotations.
