Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks dedicated Renewable Energy Technicians at our Snyder, Texas onsite facility. Roles range from Technician 1 to Technician 5 to maintain, repair, and operate wind turbines, PV systems, and BESS across our utility-scale assets.

Training 3–4 weeks in Albert Lea, MN provided. Candidates placed by experience; salary range $23.00 to $43.00 per hour with starting pay $25.00 to $35.00; benefits include bonus incentives, health coverage, and 401k with matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy or equivalent (0–1 year for Tech 1).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of schematics, multi-meters, and electrical/mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and operate renewable energy assets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and LOTO procedures.
• Complete maintenance logs and work orders.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
