Roles span Tech 1 to Tech 3, offering progression, 24/7 on-call sharing for later levels, and a focus on safety and asset integrity. Starting pay ranges from $30.00 to $34.00 per hour, with a broader pay band $22.69–$42.50 hourly.

Qualifications

• Entry: high school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn.
• Tech 2: 1–2 years renewable energy or similar discipline.
• Tech 3: 2+ years renewable energy experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with schematics, meters, and electrical/mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and operations on wind, PV, and BESS assets.
• Assist with safety protocols and site safety assessments.
• Lead or support maintenance tasks according to level.
• Maintain logs, work orders, and inventory documentation.
