Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and able to pass MVR check
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in technical/mechanical field or wind energy discipline
• Mechanical or electrical background is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams and wiring schematics

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment
• Accurately document all work performed
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental procedures
