Integrated Power Services is seeking a Wind Field Service Supervisor to help ensure field operations run smoothly and support crews in the field. You will coordinate scheduling, track timecards, and manage parts and tooling while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

This role requires travel, weekend work when needed, and the ability to train other technicians. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Must have at least 3 years of driving experience with a valid license.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends, and work overtime.
• Strong math skills: basic functions, fractions, percentages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong customer orientation and professional communication.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Meticulous in preparing service reports and maintaining records.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in varied weather.
• PdMA testing experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Level 1 Vibration Analysis preferred but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Schedule crews and review timecards daily for accuracy.
• Audit service reports and job pictures; provide feedback to leadership.
• Review and approve receipts and per diems for reports under you.
• Organize parts for jobs and prepare them ahead of start times.
• Coordinate arrival times for crews with customers.
• Promote safety, quality, and time management; coach or discipline as needed.
• Conduct field safety and quality audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve issues.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, onboarding, and discipline of technicians.
• Keep daily contact with team leads for status updates.
• Direct scheduling of technicians and travel arrangements.
• Travel to support field crews; track missing paperwork and receipts.
• Manage inventory and enter parts, shipments, and flights in the system.
• Arrange flights and rentals as required for staff.
• Help develop expansion of field offerings and tooling.
• Source and ship replacement tools/parts; train others on specialty work.
