Job summary

Renewable Concepts LLC seeks a Field Services Supervisor to lead Siemens Gamesa wind turbine maintenance across U.S. sites. You will supervise, mentor technicians, plan daily work, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards.

The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, field safety leadership, and the ability to travel 75–100% to wind farms. Prior SGRE platform experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in wind turbine maintenance and field leadership is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with maintenance on Siemens Gamesa wind turbine platforms.
• Lead field crews, plan daily work, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with customers and project management.
• Document maintenance activities, reports, and equipment status; support troubleshooting and testing.
