Integrated Power Services is hiring Traveling Wind Field Service Technicians to service wind turbines across multiple sites. You will travel extensively with a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule, earning an hourly rate with per diem and overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical background, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with a team. You must be comfortable with long drives, variable weather, and a physically demanding workload while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively including weekends and work overtime.
• Ability to work a 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule based on business needs.
• Comfortable with manual labor and physically demanding conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document work accurately.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance on wind generators, including bearing replacements and motor work.
• Conduct up-tower winding repairs and machining tasks.
• Document turbine performance and issues accurately.
• Diagnose routine problems and implement practical solutions.
• Follow safety standards and structured troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist in on-site inspection and reconditioning of motors and generators.
