Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on renewable energy or related maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of wind, solar, and BESS systems is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with safety procedures including LOTO and JHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wind, solar, and BESS assets.
• Perform scheduled services and major component replacements.
• Diagnose moderate technical issues and assist with RCA.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS system accurately.
• Mentor Trainees and Associates and promote safety culture.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
