RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Wind Farm Technician II to support safe operation and maintenance of wind, solar, and battery storage assets at multiple sites. The role requires independent diagnostic work, documentation in CMMS, and mentorship of junior technicians.

Responsibilities include scheduled services, component replacements, troubleshooting, and collaboration with teams to meet reliability goals. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in renewable energy or heavy industrial maintenance
• Experience with wind turbine, solar, or BESS maintenance preferred
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license desirable

Responsabilités

• Perform safe operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind, solar, and BESS assets
• Document maintenance activities in the digital CMMS
• Mentor Trainee and Associate Technicians and support safety culture
• Travel between sites and respond to on-call requests within set time frames
