Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Wind Site Manager to oversee operations at the South Trent Wind Site in Texas. You will ensure safe, compliant operation while monitoring performance, planning annual budgets, and guiding on-site staff and contractors.

The role requires leadership in safety, regulatory compliance, and coordination with local authorities, landowners, and subcontractors. A strong background in wind operations and utilities is essential.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of NERC standards and other utility regulatory requirements, power purchase contracts, operations management, financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and maintain high value wind installations at or above projected performance levels and within budget.
• Proficiency with operations financial management, forecasting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and compliant operation of the wind farm installation.
• Monitor, upkeep, and report plant performance.
• Develop an annual operating plan and input to the annual budget.
• Set direction and measure operational performance of staff and site contractors.
• Serve as the primary contact for issues related to performance and land use.
• Coordinate with landowners, authorities, and vendors on environmental and contractual matters.
