Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Wind Site Manager for the Langford Wind Farm to direct all plant operations, manage budgets, and oversee site personnel and contractors. The role requires leadership to maintain safe, compliant daily operations and to drive performance improvements.

The candidate will coordinate with landowners, regulators, and vendors while supporting SCADA functions and outage responses on a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 7 years in wind or power generation.
• Minimum 3 years managing employees and contractors.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with operations financial management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant day-to-day operation of wind farm.
• Monitor, upkeep, and reporting of plant performance.
• Develop annual operating plan and input to budget.
• Set direction and measure performance of staff and contractors.
• Coordinate site staff, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Respond to plant outages on a 24/7 basis.
• Support SCADA data editing and reporting.
• Oversee high-voltage equipment switching per procedures.
