Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Wind Site Manager to oversee Tuolumne Wind Farm operations, ensuring safe, compliant performance and reliable power delivery. You will monitor performance, coordinate staff and contractors, and contribute to annual planning and budgeting.

The role requires a background in wind operations, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with landowners, regulators, and vendors. This on-site position entails 24/7 readiness and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• A 4-year degree in business, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 7 years in the wind industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and compliant operation of the wind farm.
• Monitor, maintain, and report plant performance.
• Create an annual operating plan and contribute to the annual budget.
• Direct site staff and contractors and coordinate turbine technicians.
• Engage with landowners, local authorities, and state agencies on environmental and contractual matters.
• Participate in contract negotiations with subcontractors and vendors for wind power installations.
• Respond to plant outages on a 24/7 basis.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and HR to resolve site issues.
