Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Wind Site Manager to oversee Washington Wind (Tuolumne Wind) operations. You will ensure safe, compliant wind farm performance, lead staff and contractors, and drive annual operating plans and budgets.

This role requires deep wind industry experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on ability to troubleshoot turbines and electrical systems. A 4-year degree is preferred, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in the wind industry.
• Strong knowledge of NERC standards and utility regulations.
• Proven ability to supervise high‑value wind installations.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for the safe and compliant operation of a wind farm installation.
• Monitor, upkeep, and reporting of plant performance.
• Create an annual operating plan and provide input on an annual budget.
• Set direction and measure operational performance of staff and site contractors.
• Coordinate on-site turbine technicians and subcontractors for parts and services.
• Assist in SCADA functions such as data editing and report creation.
• Respond to plant outages on a 24/7 schedule.
