Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Wind Site Manager to oversee operations at a wind farm, ensure safe and compliant performance, monitor plant output, and coordinate with staff and contractors to meet objectives.

The role requires 7 years in wind, a 4‑year degree preferred, NERC knowledge, SCADA familiarity, budgeting and reporting, plus the ability to climb towers and respond to outages 24/7 in Washington.

Qualifications

• Wind industry experience and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of NERC standards and utility regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to supervise wind installations and manage budgets.
• Experience with SCADA data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and compliant operation of wind farm installations.
• Monitor, upkeep, and reporting of plant performance.
• Create an annual operating plan and provide input on an annual budget.
• Set direction and measure operational performance of staff and site contractors.
• Coordinate on-site turbine technicians and subcontractors.
• Assist in SCADA data editing and reporting.
