Job summary

RNWBL is seeking a Plant Manager to lead site operations in wind-energy projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and productive performance. You will supervise turbine technicians, coordinate maintenance, and manage contractor activities while aligning with customer expectations.

You will report to leadership, drive efficiency, and prepare monthly site reports, budgets, and performance summaries. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of turbines, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Wind Energy Generation and leadership.
Engineering degree is a plus or related experience.
Experience working with wind turbine projects and maintenance.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to lead projects, assign tasks, prioritize activities, and interface with customers.
Knowledge of OSHA, NERC, and NFPA70E standards.
High voltage switching & inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate site in a manner that promotes safety, compliance and productivity.
Coordinate logistics and activities for turbine and field repairs, maintenance and other work.
Supervise Turbine Technicians and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
Plan working schedules for turbine and balance of plant maintenance during low wind periods.
Prepare monthly and annual reports for internal and external agencies.
Lead by example—set the standard for safety, quality, and excellence.
Serve as the front-line communicator to customers, site leaders, and teams.
