Job summary

AES Corporation in Arizona seeks a seasoned wind facility manager to lead site maintenance, scheduling, and turbine repairs. You will ensure safety, manage contractors, and optimize reliability and cost performance while reporting to the wind team lead.

The role requires 5+ years in plant maintenance or operations and knowledge of wind turbines, with on-site work five days a week. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and be prepared for flexible

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in plant maintenance or operations.
• Experience with wind generation and Vestas turbines is a strong plus.
• Ability to read English and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site maintenance, schedules, and turbine repairs.
• Manage safety programs and environmental training.
• Attend POD meetings and monitor OEM work on site.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
