Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel (to various turbines) as needed.
• A technical background is beneficial, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture at the site and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Develop and empower the team to operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Establish strong client partnerships to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to meet service contract budgets.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and diagnostics to improve turbine performance.
• Oversee fiscal operations and organiz(at)ional effectiveness.
• Coach and motivate teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and procedures.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting and project management experience.
• Negotiate agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
