Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik AG in the United States is seeking a Site Manager to oversee wind farm operations, maintenance, and repair, while protecting customer relations and profitability. You will lead the site team, manage budgets, and report service logs and performance data.

You will direct wind turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in the wind industry with at least 2 years in management.
• Valid driving license (non-CDL/CDL).
• Advanced MS Office skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Must be physically fit for climbing and lifting heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Direct all wind farm operations at the site focusing on customer relations, performance, and profitability.
• Manage the site budget, site technicians, and reporting of service logs.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbine systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
• Provide leadership and development for site personnel and ensure safety compliance.
