• High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience in power plant operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in operating reviews and problem‑solving events.
• Recommend changes to facility systems, operations, and maintenance; prepare reports.
• Apply lean methods to identify waste and drive improvements; manage budgets and contracts.
