Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2+ years of power plant ops experience.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant technical experience.
• High School Diploma with 6+ years of power plant operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in operating reviews and problem-solving events.
• Recommend changes to facility systems, operations, and maintenance; prepare and maintain reports; use enterprise software systems.
• Understand metrics and goals; create visual management tools; apply lean methods to identify waste and drive improvements.
• Complete administrative tasks such as time sheets, on-call coordination, and policy updates.
• Provide guidance on equipment performance and lead evolutions to ensure performance and safety.
• Supervise bargaining unit employees; administer the Union Contract; coach and develop staff.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups on priorities; lead troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
