EDP Renewables North America LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Site Supervisor to oversee wind power generation facilities and lead daily operations ownership on site.

You will manage balance-of-plant O&M, coordinate with communities and suppliers, ensure safety, compliance, and reporting, and drive performance against KPIs across projects 100–400 MW. Travel up to 10% and multi-site coordination are required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant wind energy experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software and database application.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Oversee operations and maintenance for balance-of-plant assets within guidelines for projects 100–400 MW.
• Interface with local communities to establish and maintain rapport.
• Oversee operations, maintenance contracts, and warranty-related agreements.
• Manage turbine operations and maintenance for off-warranty sites.
• Facilitate reporting on safety, regulatory, and environmental performance.
• Monitor facility performance against KPIs and engage needed resources.
• Represent the company before interconnection and customer entities.
• Work with equipment suppliers and service entities as needed.
• Ensure safety-conscious on-site activities and quality communications.
• Interface with Engineering, Accounting, and Development staff as needed.
• Maximize performance and value retention for each facility.
• Conduct periodic meetings with contractors and partners.
