Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking an Operations Site Supervisor to oversee daily wind farm operations and maintenance. You will manage BOP activities, safety, and contractor performance across projects 100–400 MW, interfacing with communities and interconnection entities.

Role requires 5–7 years in wind energy, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10% is expected, with collaboration across Engineering, Accounting, and Development teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in wind energy.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software and database application.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance activities for wind farm balance-of-plant assets.
• Interface with local communities and stakeholders; report on KPIs.
• Manage on-site safety, environmental compliance, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Accounting, and Development teams as needed.
• Ensure reliable operations and maximize facility performance.
