Job summary

EDF Power Solutions North America is recruiting an Operations Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair work on wind and renewable energy assets at a site near Milligan, Nebraska. The role focuses on delivering safe, high‑quality workmanship and coordinating field teams.

You will report to the Operations Manager, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Understanding of operational site performance and relevant KPIs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of EDFR Policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings of renewable energy technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by overseeing daily maintenance and repair work to meet performance, safety, and schedule standards.
• Coordinate communications between field technicians and the operations manager.
• Assist with QC assessments and provide coaching to crew members.
• Serve as technical expert in troubleshooting and complex repairs; support HV operations.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of generating assets, including BOP and SCADA communications.
