Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking an Operations Supervisor for an onsite wind site near Milligan, Nebraska. The role leads technical teams, oversees maintenance, and ensures safety and reliability of generating assets with a focus on performance and cost control.

The position includes mandatory 3–4 week onboarding training in MN, travel and lodging covered, and a comprehensive benefits package including bonus incentives and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Technician or 3 years in a similar Lead Technician role.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by overseeing their execution of maintenance and repair work to meet performance, safety, and schedule targets.
• Ensure effective communication between field technicians and the operations manager.
• Coach and develop less experienced team members on assigned tasks and safety practices.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of generating assets, including BOP and SCADA communications.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources to maximize facility output while controlling costs.
