Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field
• CAPM or related certification preferred
• Professional licensure in a technical field is a plus
• 2-6 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multiple wind energy projects
• Manage stakeholder relationships, internal and external
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication
• Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality and contractual obligations
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection
