Job summary

A technical, business, or PM-related degree is required, with 2–6 years of experience and a CAPM or related certification. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in our collaborative Renewables team.

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Track project health, manage change orders, and address scope creep.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in our wind energy market. The Project Manager will join a highly experienced and dynamic team leading our Wind Market into an exciting sustainable energy future.

Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service projects. You will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality results. In addition, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Take full accountability for multiple wind energy projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in a project coordinator, project developer, or similar role
  • Professional licensure in a technical field, CAPM, or related certification
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000
