You will oversee scope, schedule and budget across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring quality deliverables and strong stakeholder engagement. You'll mentor junior staff, develop project plans, and coordinate with service leads to drive performance and profitability in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field.
• CAPM or related certification is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multiple wind energy projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action as necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
