Job summary

Flender is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager for the Wind business, based in Elgin, IL. You will lead the Order Management team, optimize processes for exchange components and repairs, and drive monthly revenue and data-driven improvements to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years SAP experience, with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to commute within a reasonable distance of the facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP experience.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Strong risk analysis and mitigation skills.
• Proven ability to make independent decisions and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order Management department of the Wind Business Segment
• Optimizing order management process for exchange components, field repairs and shop repairs
• Automizing processes and tasks related to order management (order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, etc.)
• Track and maximize Wind Business Segment revenue on a monthly basis
• Analyze and synthesize data related to revenue, order management and order processing to enable decision making and process improvement
• Close coordination with other company departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely commercial fulfillment of orders
• Acts as escalation instance for resolving issues with customer service, delivery and commercial
