Job summary

Flender is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for the Winergy Assembly Group in Elgin, IL. This role provides day-to-day leadership to assembly workers, ensures safety procedures are followed, and supports training and performance feedback.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor workflow, and work with multiple teams to keep production safe, on time, and high quality. Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience training and coaching employees on assembly processes and safety.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to assembly workers and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing to meet deadlines.
• Train new hires and cross-train staff on procedures and standards.
• Track production data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
