Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years SAP experience.
• Experience with order management and ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order Management department of the Wind Business Segment.
• Optimize order management process for exchange components, field repairs and shop repairs.
• Automize processes and tasks related to order management (order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, etc.).
• Track and maximize Wind Business Segment revenue monthly.
• Analyze and synthesize data related to revenue, order management and order processing.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Escalation point for resolving issues with customer service, delivery and commercial.
