Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking an SAP Manufacturing PLM Windchill Integration Lead - Functional Managing Consultant to support a federal government client in a highly secure environment. You will lead the functional design and governance of SAP ERP/S4HANA and Windchill PLM integration across defense and energy manufacturing programs.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP engineering changes, ECM, CA, DMS, and Material Master in PLM integration.
• Hands-on experience designing SAP-Windchill PLM integration including eBOM/mBOM synchronization and change order workflows.
• Knowledge of Windchill PLM for product structure management and configuration management.
• Experience leading PLM integration workstreams on complex SAP programs in defense/manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for SAP-PLM Windchill integration, define end-to-end architecture and data flows.
• Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders and document functional specifications.
• Design and govern bidirectional data exchange between SAP and Windchill including data mapping and middleware configurations.
• Manage PLM integration workstream through full program lifecycle and mentor junior consultants.
• Translate PLM requirements into interface specs and data mappings for middleware.
• Define and execute integration testing strategies across SAP-Windchill boundary.
• Identify and resolve integration gaps and data governance issues.
• Develop and maintain design documents, test scripts, and runbooks.
• Advise on best practices and release impact across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with federal defense engineering standards and security protocols.
