Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead a field-based territory in the Harrisburg, PA area. You will report to the Senior District Manager and blend clinical knowledge with strategic account planning to drive product objectives in CLL and NHL Oncology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers
• Competitive selling skills
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Persistency and grit with strong track record in challenging environment
• Willingness to drive a personal auto or company car
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
• Regular business travel is required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution
• Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction
• Complete AbbVie required training and adhere to all policies and procedures
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities and organizations in territory
