Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead oncology territory sales across Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and surrounding areas. You will blend clinical expertise with strategic account planning to advance patient outcomes and support brand objectives for CLL and NHL products.

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, you will build partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and administrators, executing compliant, data-driven engagements while meeting

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistency and grit with a track record of succeeding in a challenging environment.
• Driving a personal auto or company car or truck.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Regular business travel by air or car is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, insights and analytics to optimize execution.
• Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction.
