Job summary

Ritter Lumber in Texas seeks a Will Call Foreman to lead the will-call team and oversee customer order fulfillment in the lumber yard. You will supervise loaders, enforce safety procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering high-quality customer service.

Reports to Inventory Manager and collaborates with sales and delivery teams. The role requires 2–3 years in warehouse or inventory ops, with strong leadership and knowledge of lumber building materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in warehouse, yard, or inventory operations.
• Experience in lumber and building materials preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the will-call team and oversee all order fulfillment activities.
• Supervise loaders and support staff, enforce procedures and safety.
• Coordinate with Inventory Manager on stock levels and discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate product selection, tagging, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free will-call area.
• Provide excellent customer pickup experience and assist escalating issues.
